Tullibardine 15 Years is a Highland single malt distilled after the distillery reopened in 2003. It was matured entirely in first-fill bourbon casks.
The malt is fruity and creamy, with sweet honey notes.
The nose offers dried hay and parma violets, with baked apples, cloves and vanilla ice cream. The palate brings soft, creamy toffee, malt pastry and vanilla ice cream, with gentle oak in the background. In the finish, woody citrus notes linger softly.
