Tullibardine – Sovereign Single Malt (43%)

Tullibardine Sovereign is a Highland single malt matured in first-fill bourbon casks before bottling at 43% abv. It is a creamy style of whisky, with plenty of vanilla and spice. The nose is soft vanilla and cocoa butter, with white chocolate, allspice and toasted oak. On the palate there is a hint of mixed citrus fruit alongside pear cider, allspice and creamy chocolate, built around a core of rich malt with touches of maple syrup. The finish is spicy and creamy, with vanilla and cinnamon.
