Tullibardine – The Murray 2008 Triple Port Cask

Tullibardine The Murray 2008 is a Highland single malt from the Tullibardine distillery. It is the 12th limited edition in the distillery's Marquess Collection, which celebrates the life of Sir William Murray, 2nd Marquess of Tullibardine. It was matured in three kinds of port cask: White Port, Tawny Port and Ruby Port. The Ruby Port brings tart raspberries and juicy dark fruit to the nose, alongside baked apple and caramel creme from the White Port. On the palate, the Tawny Port adds layers of spiced oak, clove and cinnamon. The finish is spicy and warming.
