Bittersweet Symphony is a blended malt from Turntable, the brand of brothers Ally and Gordon Stevenson. It belongs to the brand's core range and is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The blend combines Craigellachie from Pedro Ximenez puncheon and Oloroso butt, Balmenach from Pedro Ximenez puncheon, and Blair Athol and North British from virgin oak barrels. The whiskies are married and rested together for at least three months before bottling. It is described as smooth and decadent, with fiery sweetness and a strong malt character, finishing with a touch of dark chocolate and dried fruit.
