Turntable Paradise Funk (46%)

Paradise Funk is a blended malt from Turntable, the brand started by brothers Ally and Gordon Stevenson. It is part of the brand's core range and is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The blend brings together whisky from several casks: Knockdhu in virgin oak, Invergordon in ex-cognac, Blair Athol in bourbon, a Speyside malt in virgin oak, North British in virgin oak and Benrinnes in a chinkapin barrel. The whiskies are married and then rested together for at least three months before bottling. It is described as funky yet delicate, with caramelised pineapple, soft vanilla and sweet toffee.
