Turntable Paradise Funk is a blended Scotch whisky from Turntable Blending House. It is made up of 30% unnamed Speyside whisky from new oak, 20% Benrinnes from Chinkapin oak, 18% Invergordon single grain from a Cognac cask, 13% Knockdhu from new oak, 11% North British single grain from new oak and 8% Blair Athol from a first-fill bourbon cask.
The nose offers baked apricots with honey, bright orange peel, vanilla and hazelnuts. Caramelised brown sugar, grilled pineapple, cinnamon and milk chocolate lead the palate. The finish is spicy and sweet, with tropical fruit and nutmeg.
