Turntable Spirits Track 05 Harder Better Faster Stronger Blended Scotch (59.1%)

This is a blended Scotch whisky from Turntable Spirits, released in 2024 as Track 05 and bottled at 59.1% ABV. It was the first Turntable blend released at cask strength. The malt whiskies come from Tamdhu, Dalmunach and Mannochmore, and the grain whisky from Girvan. Maturation was in first-fill Oloroso sherry, first-fill bourbon and ex-Marsala casks. The nose offers sticky toffee pudding, nectarines and chocolate-covered strawberries, with creamy fruit, vanilla and rich sherry. The palate is rich and coating, with cloves and white pepper, then roasted chestnuts, plums, apricots and tobacco. The finish is medium in length and gently drying, with warm chocolate, fruit, oak tannins and spice.
