Turntable Track 9 'Modern Love' Blended Scotch Whisky (52.5%)

Turntable Track 9 'Modern Love' is a Scottish blended whisky from Turntable Spirits, an independent blending house. It is bottled at cask strength, 52.5%, with no added colouring and no chill-filtration. Five whiskies make up the blend: Teaninich, Girvan and Invergordon from first-fill bourbon barrels, Blair Athol from a rye barrel and Royal Brackla from a hogshead. After almost two years of maturation, the blend spent more than 20 months in Madeira Bual hogsheads. The nose shows ripe peach, juicy apple, white chocolate, creamy vanilla and lively citrus. The palate has juicy apricots, warm malty sweetness, dark syrup, a little ginger and soft chocolate, and the finish carries subtle citrus and spicy accents.
