La Victoire is the first edition from Two Worlds, a whiskey brand founded by Ashley Dunn to link American and French whiskey cultures. It was made for France, in honour of La Fayette's first voyage to America. This small batch of 11 barrels blends straight bourbons of three ages: a 14-year-old at its core, a fruity 4-year-old and a creamy 5-year-old. It is bottled at barrel strength, 54.7%, and is non-chill-filtered. The flavours are described as toffee, tarte tatin, pastry cream, fresh pear, apricot, nutmeg and clove spice.
