TX Straight Bourbon Whiskey

TX Straight Bourbon is a straight bourbon whiskey from TX Whiskey in Texas. It is made from yellow dent Texas corn, Texas soft red winter wheat and 6-row distillers malt, with Texas water. The yeast is a proprietary strain captured from a Texas pecan and named Brazos. The first whiskey was barrelled in March 2012, and after more than four years of ageing the first batch was bottled in December 2016.
