Uncle Nearest Rye Whiskey is an American rye whiskey from the Uncle Nearest brand, which takes its name and inspiration from Nearest Green. Green is the first African-American master distiller on record in the United States.
The brand also calls it Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey, and describes Green himself as the best whiskey-maker the world never knew.
