An organic red wine from Veneto made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, with manual harvesting of the best bunches. Fermentation is temperature-controlled, followed by ageing in oak barrels. It is bright ruby red, with cherry, sweet spices and a hint of wet earth on the nose. On the palate it balances acidity and soft tannins, with a persistent finish. It pairs with mushroom risotto, grilled meat and aged cheeses; serve at 16-18°C.
