A red wine from Zeni, made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. It is produced using the Ripasso method, with a second fermentation on the pomace of Valpolicella Amarone. The nose shows ripe red fruits, cherry and plum, with spicy and vanilla notes from ageing in oak barrels. On the palate it is soft and well balanced, with velvety tannins and a pleasant persistence. It suits roast meats, game and aged cheeses.
