Valpolicella Ripasso Recchia is a red wine made mainly from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. The ripasso process gives a second fermentation on Amarone pomace, adding body and complexity. It has an intense ruby red colour with garnet hues, aromas of ripe cherry and plum with sweet spice, vanilla and cocoa notes from wood ageing, and a velvety, balanced palate with a pleasant, persistent finish.
