Verdeluce Bianco Umbria IGP Cotarella

A white wine with a spontaneous freshness and an immediate but not intrusive aromatic profile. It shows delicate white-fleshed fruit and floral hints, with a pleasant entry supported by lively acidity that keeps the palate agile. The structure is light to medium, balanced by savouriness. The finish is clean with pleasant persistence. It pairs naturally with seafood starters, grilled fish, vegetables and fresh cheeses, and works well as an aperitif. Serve well chilled, around 10-12 C.
