Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico Superiore Fijo Albamocco

A white wine from Albamocco, made from Verdicchio grapes selected and hand-harvested in the classic Jesi zone. The vineyards lie on clay-limestone soils in a microclimate that shapes the wine's character. It shows a pale straw colour with green reflections. The nose gives white-fleshed fruit, white flowers and a light almond note, with evident minerality. On the palate it is balanced, with lively freshness, good acidity and a persistent, pleasantly bitter finish. It suits seafood starters, fish dishes and grilled vegetables, and is versatile with light cuisine.
