A white wine from Vicari in the Verdicchio di Jesi DOC. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour, with green apple, cedar, fresh almond and floral notes on the nose. The palate has good acidity supporting the body, with white-fleshed fruit, a citrus touch and a savoury finish. Best served around 10-12 °C in wide glasses, with simple fish dishes, seafood soups, light white meats and fresh cheeses.
