Very Olde St. Nick Ancient Cask Immaculata is a non-chill-filtered bourbon built on a base of carefully aged 15-year-old bourbon whiskey.
That base is shaped with no more than a handful of the family's vintage casks, and the aim is a balance of harmony and richness in each small release.
The Olde St. Nick family has worked for more than 30 years in small batches, and the whiskey comes from their distillery and farm in Bardstown.
