Very Olde St. Nick Cask Strength Summer Rye is a small-batch rye whiskey bottled at cask strength, without dilution, so it reaches the glass at full barrel proof. Bold spice and deep caramel lead, with a long, warming finish. The nose brings toasted oak, baking spices, caramel and dried fruit. On the palate, rye spice, vanilla, toffee and peppery warmth come together with hints of dark chocolate and honey. The finish is long and warming, with charred oak, cinnamon and caramelised sugar.
