A Franciacorta Saten from Vigneti Cenci, presented with a very fine mousse and a creamy texture. The nose shows white flowers, ripe peach, subtle almond and a light note of fresh bread. On the palate it is soft and silky, with calibrated freshness and sapidity, leaving a pleasant persistence. Serve chilled, around 6-8 °C, and pair with delicate seafood, shellfish, sushi, fresh cheeses or creamy first courses.
