Rambela Bianca is a white wine from Randi Vini, carrying the Ravenna IGP denomination. It shows a bright straw colour with green reflections, with delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus and a light note reminiscent of ripe pear. The palate is slender and smooth, supported by lively acidity and a savoury finish. It suits seafood starters, salads, light pasta and fresh cheeses, and works as an aperitif. Serve fresh, around 8-10 C, and drink within the first few years to enjoy its primary freshness.
