A Tuscan Vinsanto made mainly from Sangiovese grapes, dried naturally on racks.
Long ageing in cask gives aromas of apricot, honey and hazelnut, with delicate spice and balanced acidity. Its coppery tone and fresh, lingering finish complete the profile.
It is suited to dessert, especially with dry biscuits such as cantucci, blue cheeses or nut-based sweets.
