An añejo tequila crafted in Jalisco, Mexico from 100% mature blue Weber agave. The piñas are slow-cooked, then fermented and double-distilled before ageing in oak barrels, often previously seasoned with other fine spirits.
The maturation softens the young distillate and allows vanilla, caramel and spice to harmonise with the natural sweetness and herbal tones of the agave. The result is rich and structured yet poised, with oak influence that elevates the profile without overpowering the agave character.
The nose offers sweet agave nectar, honeyed vanilla and toasted oak, with butterscotch, dried apricot and baking spice. The palate is velvety and well-structured, with caramel, brown sugar, rich agave, oak spice, vanilla bean and a hint of citrus zest, plus a nuanced herbal layer.
