A partially dealcoholised sparkling wine with a fragrant, easy-drinking profile. The bubbles are fine and lively, accompanying a medium-light bodied sip. Delicate notes of apple and pear, floral hints and a pleasant citrus trail appear, with the light sweetness of the category balanced by good acidity. The reduced alcohol keeps the palate fresh and clean. It suits aperitifs and light dishes such as seafood starters, sushi, summer salads, crudités and fresh cheeses, and can also be used as a base for alcohol-free sparkling cocktails.
