A blackcurrant-infused bourbon from Von Payne, made in Florida and bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. It is infused with natural blackcurrant, and the bottle is styled after a vampire gargoyle with a metal gargoyle pour spout.
The nose has oak, grapes and raisins with blackcurrant. On the palate oak, a touch of alcohol and earthy spice come first before the blackcurrant takes over. The finish returns to oak and blackcurrant, with a hint of lemon at the back.
