This is a five year old Irish single malt, bottled in a small batch at 50% ABV. It was distilled at Great Northern Distillery in 2018 and first matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks.
In April 2022 the whiskey was re-racked into a Fino sherry cask. The bottling is part of a series that looks at different styles of sherry wine and the part they play in single malt and pot still whiskeys.
