W.L. Weller C.Y.P.B. Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 47.5%)

W.L. Weller C.Y.P.B. is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 95 proof, or 47.5% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. The initials stand for Craft Your Perfect Bourbon. The recipe came from drinkers who were invited to choose their ideal bourbon online, picking the recipe, proof, warehouse location and age. Most opted for a wheated bourbon, in keeping with William Larue Weller's own approach. The result is a limited edition, aged for eight years on the highest warehouse floors. The nose is light, with citrus and oak. The palate is well rounded and balanced, with hints of vanilla and a medium-long finish.
