W.L. Weller Reserve Bourbon (75cl, 45%)

W.L. Weller Reserve is a wheated bourbon, made with wheat in place of rye as the secondary grain. It is bottled at 90 proof (45%) in a 75cl bottle and has an orange colour. It can be drunk neat or used in mixed drinks. The nose is sweet with caramel. On the palate there is honey, butterscotch and soft woodiness, and the finish is smooth with a sweet honeysuckle note.
