W.L. Weller Special Reserve is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle. It is a wheated bourbon, made with wheat in place of rye, and is bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV). The colour is a burnt orange.
The nose is sweet, with caramel. The palate brings honey, butterscotch and a soft woodiness, and the finish is smooth, with a sweet honeysuckle note.
