A single grain Scotch whisky from Dumbarton Distillery, distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2023 at 22 years old by the independent bottler Watt Whisky. It comes from a single hogshead, bottled at a cask strength of 55.5% in a 70cl bottle, with 204 bottles filled. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose is creamy and sweet, with banana, vanilla, honey and caramel, then white chocolate, marzipan and a fresh touch of lemon. On the palate come vanilla, popcorn, caramel and walnut, alongside dried fruit, light spices and oak. The finish is short to medium, slightly dry and creamy, with sweet grain and oak.
