This is a non-peated Australian single malt from Waubs Harbour, in a 50cl bottle at 43%. It was matured in American oak and Tawny port casks.
The nose has delicate sweet spices and a salty, mineral note alongside toffee. On the palate a big toffee sweetness is balanced by saltiness, with biscuit, creamed apples, light florals and nectar, developing into a deep raisin syrup. The finish is caramel and butterscotch.
