Weller Antique 107 is a bourbon from the United States, distilled at Buffalo Trace and bottled at 53.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It was aged in virgin American oak and is non-chill filtered.
The nose brings bubblegum, cinnamon, vanilla, butterscotch, caramel apples and cherry. On the palate come brown sugar, cinnamon, pepper, rich oak spice, caramel and cherry, and the finish carries vanilla, cherry and charred oak.
