Weller Single Barrel is a wheated bourbon from Buffalo Trace, named after William Larue Weller, born in 1825, who was among the first to use wheat in the mash bill of a bourbon.
Each bottle comes from a single handpicked barrel, so the influence of ageing shows differently from one barrel to the next. It is described as full-bodied, in the style of Weller's wheated bourbons.
