Wemyss Family Collection Flaming Feast Blended Malt (70cl, 46%)

Flaming Feast is a blended malt Scotch whisky from the Wemyss Family Collection, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. Its name came from a family tasting that recalled smoky feasts and storytelling by a fire. It combines single malts from peated and unpeated distilleries and is bottled without chill filtration. The nose has gentle smoke, like burning heather and toasted oak, with grilled peach and leather. The palate is rich and warming, with roasted nuts, dark toffee, smoked meats and clove. The finish is long, with wood smoke, black pepper and a faint sweetness.
