West Cork – Maritime Release Virgin Oak Cask Finish (70cl, 46%)

This is an Irish single malt from West Cork, a limited release from a series of four bottlings. It comes in a hand-blown glass bottle made for West Cork, its shape inspired by the floats that keep fishing nets buoyant. The whisky first matured in first fill bourbon casks and was then finished in virgin oak casks from Kelvin Cooperage. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and without chill filtration.
