Westward American Single Malt is made from Pacific Northwest two-row barley, fermented with American ale yeast and double distilled in pot stills. It is matured in new American oak barrels and bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The nose is creamy vanilla and brown sugar. On the palate come baking spice, lush fruit and sweet malt, and the finish carries tobacco, dark chocolate and leather.
