Westward American Single Malt Whiskey is made in Oregon from 100% malted barley grown in the Pacific Northwest, and comes in a 750ml bottle. The mash is fermented with a traditional ale yeast and distilled in copper pots.
The spirit is aged in new charred oak for more than two years.
It is described as round and supple, without the intense sweetness you would expect from a straight whiskey.
