Whiskey Acres Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon is the distillery's flagship, aged for at least 5 years in 53 gallon barrels and bottled at 100 proof (50%). The mash bill is 75% corn, 15% soft red winter wheat and 10% malted barley.
It won a Double Gold at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
The nose is vanilla-drizzled caramel corn with cinnamon and nutty oak. The palate is thick and coating, with sweet caramel corn, ripe apples and lightly toasted coconut. The finish is long and soft, with sweet red berries fading into peppery spice.
