WhistlePig Gravestock is a limited edition wheat whiskey, a blend of wheat and rye whiskeys bottled at 43% in a 75cl bottle.
It was matured in large 380-gallon charred American oak casks and proofed with Liquid Death Mountain Water. The whiskey was distilled in Indiana and bottled at WhistlePig Farm in Shoreham, Vermont.
The nose is warm, with toasted oak, honey and vanilla. On the palate, wheat sweetness and rye spice sit alongside caramel and a little citrus, and the finish is long and clean, with charred oak and lingering warmth.
