Whitlaw 2013 is a single malt Scotch whisky from Orkney, bottled by Signatory at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose combines heather with a very faint peat smoke, malty sweetness, a light sherry influence, dried orange, honey and nuts. On the palate it is creamy, with honey, heather, orange and grapefruit. The peat is a little stronger than on the nose but still restrained, alongside light dried fruit, nuts, gentle oak spice, ginger and some pepper.
