Widow Jane Lucky Thirteen is a bourbon blended from straight bourbons aged for 13 years, made by the Widow Jane Distillery in Brooklyn. It comes in a 750ml bottle at 93 proof (46.5%).
Each batch is brought down to strength with limestone mineral water from the Rosendale mines in New York. It is released in limited batches each year.
Tasting notes point to caramel, vanilla and toasted oak on the nose, then toffee, brown sugar, baking spice and chocolate with a hint of cherry on the palate. The finish is lingering, with warm spice, oak and gentle sweetness.
