Widow Jane Oak & Applewood Aged Rye is an American rye whiskey in a 750ml bottle. It starts from rye distillate aged in a once-used 10-year bourbon barrel.
The aim was to take that rye towards a soothing and fruity profile, different from traditional ryes. To do this, fresh-cut applewood staves are added alongside the oak.
