Paradigm Rye is a straight rye whiskey from Widow Jane, distilled and aged in New York and bottled at 46.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
It is matured in charred American oak barrels. The make uses locally sourced rye and limestone water from the Widow Jane Mine in Rosendale.
The nose is usually described as warm baking spices, oak and a touch of citrus zest. On the palate, spicy rye comes with sweet vanilla and hints of caramel.
