A small batch bourbon from Widow Jane, made in Brooklyn, New York, and finished in Tequila Ocho barrels. After ageing, the bourbon is moved into agave-seasoned barrels, which add earthy, citrus and gently spicy character. It is a limited release.
The nose shows caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and hints of agave and citrus zest. The palate is smooth and layered, with honeyed sweetness, light pepper, citrus, cooked agave and soft oak. The finish is medium to long, with lingering spice, oak and a subtle vegetal agave note.
