Widow Jane The Vaults 15 Year Old is a straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle. It blends Tennessee and Indiana bourbons matured for 15 to 17 years.
The blend is finished in Appalachian oak that was air-seasoned for five years, and it is proofed with Rosendale limestone water.
The palate is rich, with dark brown sugar, roasted vanilla, plum, dark toffee, cocoa and seasoned oak, leading to a long finish.
