The 2025 release of Widow Jane The Vaults is a blend of straight bourbons aged for a minimum of 15 years. It was bottled at 49.5% ABV in small batches, with each bottle hand-labelled and numbered, by Widow Jane Distillery in Brooklyn, New York.
The bourbon is finished in air-seasoned oak casks from Greece. It is non-chill-filtered, with no additives or colouring, and is kosher certified.
The nose is earthy sage, wild honey, cocoa nibs and rich oak. The palate is lush and velvety, with fig, vanilla cream, roasted nuts and herbal spice. The finish is long and layered, with gentle Mediterranean warmth and wood spice.
