Wild Turkey – Master's Keep Decades (75cl, 52%)

Wild Turkey Master's Keep Decades is a Bourbon in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 104 proof (52%). It is a blend of Bourbons aged between 10 and 20 years in the distillery's McBrayer Rickhouse. That rickhouse sits at a lower elevation than the others on the property, where the temperature varies less. This allows a higher proof and a deep, bold flavour. The nose is oak and caramel. On the palate come butterscotch, dried fruit, chocolate and smoke, followed by a smooth, sweet and spicy finish.
