Master's Keep Revival is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Wild Turkey, bottled at 101 proof (50.5%) in a 750ml bottle. It blends bourbon aged 12 to 15 years, then finishes it in Oloroso sherry casks at least 20 years old, hand-selected by Master Distiller Eddie Russell.
It is an homage to a bourbon pioneered by Jimmy Russell. The nose offers cherry pie, raisins, citrus, nuts and a touch of oak. Soft, creamy spice and sweet tropical fruit lead on the palate, and the long finish brings dried apricots, honey and subtle spice.
