Wildwood Spirits Co Rendition is a straight rye whiskey aged for five years, made by a craft distillery in the Pacific Northwest. It is bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
The five years in barrel are said to balance classic rye spice with added polish and depth.
On the palate there is rye spice, baking spice and toasted oak, with a touch of caramel and dark fruit. The finish is long and warm, with a spiced note.
