Willett Family Estate 12 Year Old Single Barrel 2148 (75cl, 60%)

This is a 12 year old single barrel bourbon from Willett Family Estate, drawn from barrel 2148 and hand bottled in a 750ml bottle at 60% ABV (120 proof). The mashbill is 79% corn, 7% rye and 14% malted barley. The barrel yielded 114 bottles. The nose is floral and fruity. On the palate there is sweet fruit, oak and gentle spice, leading to a medium-length, very smooth finish.
